In all of our 50 years of activity we have been consistently committed to creating a functional, efficient, comfortable and modern place of work. Our factory is large and bright and from our windows we have a
beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. Warm and heated in the winter, cool and air-conditioned in the hot summer months, we spend many hours each day in our factory and try to make it as comfortable as possible.

Our commitments, however, go beyond the factory walls and are expressed in all of our daily choices and actions.

In 2011 we decided to power our factory with solar panels and this year we have completely renewed our system, using the most updated technology and materials.

This upgrade allows us to be completely autonomous – we draw the energy from the sun without releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The energy we produce in excess is stored for cloudy or rainy days.

Work ethics – Respect for people

Sustainability means a lot to us, not only care and respect for the environment, but also care and respect for people. We are committed to creating a sustainable chain of ethical values. We are proud to be members of SEDEX and we have obtained the SMETA ll certification, which testifies to our good business practices.

Sustainability means equality, no discrimination. We have more female than male workers, the salaries are based on professional capabilities. The company is owned by a man and a woman with equal pay, responsibilities and decision-making powers.

Among us we always speak Italian but our workers have origins from many different countries (Maroc, Ivory Coast, Peru, USA). The different cultures, traditions, religions do not represent a barrier to equality.
